The Nashville Historical Foundation, in partnership with Nashville Sites and in association with Preservation Society of Nashville, hosted a complimentary tour of one of Nashville’s most iconic landmarks. Attendees learned about Christ Church Cathedral’s heritage through storytelling, a guided tour, and community connection.
The filled-to-capacity event was held on May 17, 2025 from 2-4 PM at Christ Church Cathedral, 900 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203.
Christ Church Cathedral is a cornerstone of Nashville’s spiritual and architectural heritage since the mid-19th century, and the city’s oldest Episcopal parish. The current Gothic Revival-style structure was completed in 1894 and features stunning Tennessee limestone, intricate stained-glass windows, and a soaring bell tower that has long stood as a beacon of community, faith, and resilience.
